肾包虫病的诊治体会(附6例报告)

Diagnosis and treatment of renal hydatid disease:report of six cases

目的：探讨肾包虫病的诊断和治疗方法，提高对外援助工作水平。方法：回顾性分析2012年10月-2013年6月期间收治的6例肾包虫病患者的临床资料：6例患者均行B超及CT检查，诊断为肾包虫病。均采用内囊摘除术。结果：6例肾包虫病患者手术全部获得成功，无感染、过敏等并发症出现。随访5～13个月，未见复发。结论：详细病史结合B超、CT检查是诊断肾包虫病的主要手段；内囊摘除术是其理想的治疗方式。

Objective：To investigate management of renal hydatid disease and to improve level of medical aid to Morocco. Method： The clinical data of six Moroccan patients suffering from renal hydatid disease from Oct. 2012 to Jun. 2013 were analyzed. All six patients were diagnosed of renal hydatid disease by B ultrasound and CT scan. Then surgical excision of internal capsule was performed for all cases. Result： All the operations were successful without complications such as infection and allergy. No recurrence was observed in all six patients after follow-up period of 5-13 months. Conclusion：Detailed collection of medical history, ultrasonography and CT play a key role in diagnosing renal hydatid disease and surgical excision of internal capsule is the most satisfactory method,
