血管炎新分类的启示 被引量：8

摘要 血管炎（vasculitis）是指以血管壁的炎症和纤维素样坏死为病理特征的一组异质性疾病,可累及各种各样的血管,临床表现复杂多样且可交叉重叠.合理的分类体系,有利于指导血管炎的诊断、病因和发病机制的分析以及治疗方法的选择.由于众多复杂的因素,造成血管炎的分类比较复杂和混乱,近年来先后出现了多个标准.现就“2012年Chapel Hill会议（CHCC）的血管炎分类标准”相关问题阐述如下.
