类风湿关节炎与牙周炎的相关性研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 近年来,RA与牙周炎（periodontitis）的关系正越来越受到关注.RA是一种以慢性侵蚀性关节炎为主要表现的全身性自身免疫病,是最常见的炎性关节病,本病最终可导致关节畸形和功能丧失.牙周炎是常见的口腔感染疾病,主要表现为牙龈水肿、出血、口臭、牙周袋溢脓、牙槽骨吸收、深牙周袋以及牙齿松动、咬合无力和持续性钝痛,微生物感染是主要的致病因素.
