摘要
本文介绍了三台 3 5Ni钢低温塔式容器的焊接工艺、封头、筒体、塔体组装工艺以及焊后消除应力热处理、水压试验等 ,最终制造出合格产品。
This paper mainly intorduces the manufacturing technology of the three low temperature towers made of 3 5% Ni steel、including welding procedure,stress relief heat treatment after welding(PWHT),the forming and the assembling process of head and shell as well as hydrostatic tests procedure,which are the determining factors for the successful fabrication of the equipment.
