脑电高频振荡与癫痫 被引量:2

摘要 癫痫性高频脑电活动包括在动物及患者癫痫脑中发现的大于80 Hz的病理活动[1]。单独的高频活动被认为是最常见的高频活动,被称为高频振荡。在脑电图滤波后,高频振荡指的是连续4个以上的明显高于基线的80 Hz以上的脑电活动[1]。也有人将其定义为:与背景脑电比较,波幅的均方根增高5倍标准差;持续至少6 ms,至少6个高于平均基线3个标准差的波峰(正相加负相)[1-2]。
