研究了等原子比 NiAl合金和 NiAl-25Cr, NiAl-20.4Fe-Y,Ce, NiAl-30Fe-Y合金的超塑性行为及其变形机制结果表明,几种合金在一定条件下均表现出超塑性行为单相NiAl超塑性变形源于变形过程中所发生的动态回复及再结晶,两相及多相
The superplastic behavior and mechanism of stoichiometric NiAl and its alloys of NiAl25Cr, NiAl-20.4Fe-Y.Ce, NiAl-30Fe-Y are systematically investigated in this paper. The results showed that all these alloys exhibit superplastic behavior in certain conditions, superplastic deformation of single phase NiAl arises from dynamic recovery and recrystallization. It is suggested that the superplastic deforming mechanism of duplex and multi-phase NiAl alloys is due to rotating of grains and sliding of boundaries.
