肾透明细胞癌甲状腺及腮腺转移1例

Renal clear cell carcinoma with thyroid and parotid metastasis:one case report

患者，女，58岁，8年前因右肾透明细胞癌（Ⅲ期）行右肾癌根治术，术后病理免疫组织化学结果示：

A 58-year-old woman was in hospital for a right preauricular painless mass persistent for six months. Physical examination showed a right preauricular mass with a size about 3 cm ×3 cm which was smooth, tensive, immobile and painless. There was no facial paralysis. Parotid ultrasonography revealed a hypoechoic mass within the right parotid gland with a possible diagnose of parotid mixed tumor. In July 2011, the patient received superficial parotidectomy with preservation of the facial nerve. Pathology confirmed as right parotid metastatic clear cell carcinoma. Relevant medical history of this patient included a right radical nephrectomy for renal clear cell carcinoma （level Ⅲ ） in 2004 and a resection of thyroid metastatic renal cell carcinoma in 2009.
