中小型红木制品企业物流模式选择研究

随着红木制品企业间同质化竞争愈演愈烈,企业要想减少经营成本,提高竞争优势,选择最优的物流模式是非常必要的。首先介绍了红木制品企业常用的三种物流模式,并找出影响物流模式选择的影响因素;然后运用层次分析法对各影响因素赋予权重,并结合专家打分计算结果;最终选择第三方物流作为中小型红木企业物流模式。

With redwood products homogeneity intensified competition between enterprises,if enterprises want to reduce operating costs and improve the competitive advantage,it is very necessary to choose the optimal mode of logistics.First of all, introduced three kinds of logistics mode whice the redwood enterprise commonly used,and found the influence factors of affecting logistics mode selection.Then the weights using the analytic hierarchy process （ahp）to all the factors given,and combined with the expert scoring to compute the results.Finally,the third party logistics is chosen as small and medium -sized redwood enterprise logistics mode.
