装卸搬运活动伴随着物流的始终,成为提高物流效率、降低物流成本、改善物流条件、保证物流质量最重要的物流环节之一。文中以武汉市中小物流企业为载体,对企业中的装卸作业能力进行调研,着重分析机械作业能力与现场作业量之间最佳配合状态,通过数据计算和综合费用分析,确定最佳装卸机械配套方案,用于企业配置装卸机械能力的实践。

Handling activities associated with logistics,improvement of logistics efficiency,reduce logistics cost,improve logistics condition,ensure the quality of logistics is one of the most important logistics link.Based on the small and medium-sized logistics enterprises in Wuhan city as the carrier,on the investigation of the handling operation ability in the enterprises, analyzed the mechanical operation ability and the work best fit between the state,through the data calculation and comprehensive cost analysis,to determine the best loading and unloading machinery matching scheme,used in the practice of enterprise configuration loading and unloading mechanical ability.
