摘要
在VMI系统中引入第三方物流企业可以有效降低物流成本从而提高整条供应链的利润,如何建立合理的利润分配机制,维持供应链上节点企业的长期合作,成为至关重要的研究课题。文中在前人研究成果的基础上,利用博弈论理论建立了零售商、供应商和第三方物流企业三方的利润分配模型。最后通过算例验证了模型的正确性及有效性。
The involvement of VMI by third-party logistics can reduce the logistics cost,and increase the profit of the supply chain.How to make a reasonable profit distribution mechanism to maintain the cooperation relationship of the node enterprise on the supply chain becomes an important issue to research.Based on the previous research achievement,this paper take advantage of Game Theory to make a profit distribution model between retailers,suppliers and third-party logistics.At last, examples are used to verify the correctness and effectiveness of this model.
