During the teaching in the professional on management of the port business,we should pay attention to teach students in accordance with their aptitude,adhere to the occupation ability as the key point,take the students as the subject of study,and learn from the advanced action-oriented teaching method in German,then establish the training mode to occupation ability as the core of talent,teach the learning method,Improve the students＇psychological ability,cultivate the spirit of innovation and the core professional occupation ability.
