摘要
切合自身工艺、安装条件,主要对篦冷机一段篦床进行改造,合并扩大一风室;将前十二排篦梁全部换掉,改成了十三排;前五排改成斜坡式固定充气梁,分成两个区域供风;后段篦梁全部采用充气梁,并加强该区域冷却能力;同时改进设备密闭性。改造完成后,缓解了因安装高度不足引起的抽风能力不足的制约,热效率提高,锻烧煤耗、熟料易磨性等各项指标均有提升,设备故障率降低。对相同规模充气梁型篦冷机的改造具有良好的借鉴意义。
According to our own process & the install conditions, a part of Grate bed is reconstructed, by enlarging and merging the plenum; replacing the former 12 rows of Grate beam by 13 rows; the first five rows changed into slope type & fixed inflatable beams & have two Air-supply areas. And for the back rows, will use Inflatable beam & enhance the cooling capacity of this area. After he reconstruction, the limit of absaugleistung caused by the shortage of installation height will be relieved; heat efficiency will be improved; the indexes like forging burn coal consumption, clinker grindability and so on will be increased. Equipment failure rate will be lowered. It has a use for reference to reconstruct the similar the Aeration beam reciprocating grate cooler.
