摘要
因案例教学法具有以能力为本、多方互动的特点及引导、系统化与感化的功能,所以高职法律教学中已广泛运用案例教学法,但是在实际运用中出现了一些问题,具体表现在案例的选择和教学过程的组织两方面。文章欲对这些问题做深入探讨,以期提出一些富有创新性的改进措施。
Case teaching method has multi-party interactive, systematic and influence function to increase students’ ability, so it has been widely used in the present higher vocational law education, but in practice there are some problems, which are mainly shown in two aspects: the choosing of cases and the teaching process of case organization. This paper focuses on the analysis of higher vocational legal problem in teaching, and puts forward some innovative improvement measures.
