新形势下高等中医院校开展中医全科医师人才培养思考和建议

The thinking and suggestion about personnel training of general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine in traditional Chinese medical university under the new situation

针对当前社区居民越来越重视"中医治未病"、"中医养生",对社区中医的需求颇高,结合国内面临中医全科医师严重缺乏,不能满足临床医疗服务需要现状,浅谈对在当下高等中医药院校培养中医全科医师人才培养的思考和建议。

At present, Community residents pay more and more attention to prevent disease and to keep in good health by Chinese medicine. People have high demand for community doctor of traditional Chinese medicine. Including lack of general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine, can’t meet the needs of the clinical medical service at present situation, discussing the thinking and suggestion about personnel training of general practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine in Traditional Chinese medical university at present.
