摘要
针对伊拉克哈法亚区块的地质特点,通过对井身结构优化,钻头类型、钻具组合及钻井液体系的优选等一系列技术研究,开展了个性化钻头优选,提出了适合该区块的钻井液类型和固井方法,研究出适合伊拉克哈法亚施工区域钻井施工特点的优质钻井配套技术,在易漏层防漏堵漏技术,应用抗盐强抑制性钻井液。在保证窄间隙固井质量和提高钻井速度等方面实现了突破并逐步成熟,钻井综合成本大幅度降低,实现了该地区安全、无事故完钻目的。
In view of geologic characteristics of Iraqi Halfaya Oilifeld, we have conducted research in a series of technologies like wellbore conifguration and selection of bit types, drillstring assembly and drill lfuid systems, conducted customized selection of bits, and come up with drilling lfuid type and cementing methods suitable for this Block;have developed matching technology for quality drilling applicable to the drilling characteristics of Iraqi Halfaya Oilifeld. There is a great breakthrough in leak protection and sealing in easy leaking layers, application of salt-resistant strong inhibition drilling lfuid, narrow clearance cementing quality and increase in drill-ing rate, etc. Through the optimum drilling technology, comprehensive drilling cost is greatly reduced, and the objective of safe drilling without accidents has been realized for this region.
