The moisture diffusion behavior of several types of domestic polymer matrix composites was studied and their basic moisture diffusion parameters were obtained, such as the equilibrium moisture content, the constants in the relationship between equilibrium moisture content and relative humidity, the moisture diffusion coefficient in the direction of laminate thickness, the active energy of moisture diffusion and in the relationship between moisture diffusion coefficient and temperature. These parameters can be used to realize accelerated wet hot aging for polymer matrix composites, in which the relationship among temperature, humidity and time is emphasized.
