摘要
针对某型地铁车辆轴箱轴承的工况条件和使用要求,从结构、材料、润滑、性能等多方面进行了详细的分析。结果表明,所设计的双列圆柱滚子轴承的承载能力、速度性能、寿命及可靠性均满足该型地铁车辆的运行要求。
According to the working conditions and performance requirements for axle box bearings of an underground train, the detailed analysis are carried out from such aspects as the structure, material, lubrication and performance. The results indicate that the carrying capacity, speed performance, life and reliability of double row cylindrical roller bearings meet the operating requirements of this underground train.
