摘要
介绍轴承用水介质的特点,探讨基于水介质的混合陶瓷球金属轴承设计,分析影响水试轴承试验性能的因素。试验结果表明,水介质条件下高速混合陶瓷球轴承运行稳定,没有出现明显的汽化及汽蚀现象,轴承表面基本完好。
The characteristics of aqueous medium for hearings are introduced, and the design of hybrid ceramic ball bearings based on aqueous medium is discussed. The factors influencing experimental performance parameters for bearings are analyzed. The experimental results show that the high speed hybrid ceramic ball bearings is of stable operation under aqueous medium , there is no distinct vaporization and cavitation phenomenon, the surface of bearings remain largely intact.
