摘要
2012年,中国铁路总公司开始实施货运组织改革,一方面,按照"前店后厂"的模式,构建营销、生产、经营管理的体系,促进运输组织由内部生产型向市场导向型的转变;一方面,为客户提供方便、快捷、透明、规范的物流服务。文章就本次改革的内外环境背景,改革的内容、改革后的产品和服务以及需要解决的问题进行了论述。
In 2012, China Railway Corporation began to carry out the freight reform by adopting the "full-stream-of-serviee-and-pro- duction" mode to set up a whole system of sales,production and management in order to transfer to market-oriented transportation. Apart from that, the logistics service has followed the convenient ,fast and transparent standards to provide high-standard service to the customers.This paper analyzes railway freight reform from the aspects of inner and outer environment, the content, products and services after the reform.
