This article designs NPT5 air compressor teststand based on performance testing requirements,the air compressor teststand is capable of running-test,displacement test,leak testing,temperature testing and overload tests,and the final test results can automatically generate reports form.Introduces the design, architecture, hardware systems and software systems of NPT5 air compressor performance teststand.Safety devices of automatic stop under overloaded pressure are set in the teststand, and have features of high precision, safe and reliable performance, easy operation, elegant design and so on.
