摘要
结合留学生教学的实际和石油工程专业的特点,在原版英文教材的基础上对普通化学的课程内容进行了选择与设计.不仅在内容选择上尽量贴近留学生的接受水平和石油化工专业对化学知识的需求,而且在教学设计上采用易于留学生接受的由易而难、循序渐进的方式;同时为了激发留学生的学习兴趣,还加入了与石油化工领域相关的例子和拓展内容,使学生充分意识到化学与石油化工专业的紧密联系,引导留学生努力学好普通化学课程,为以后的专业学习打下良好基础.
Course contents of general chemistry for international students in petroleum engi- neering major were selected and designed based on the original English textbooks, the characteristics of petroleum engineering and the actual situation of teaching. So, the contents accorded with acceptable level of students and met requirements of chemical knowledge in petroleum engineering major. Moreover, teaching proceeded in proper sequence combining examples and extended contents related to petroleum engineering fields, in order to help students to understand the close relationship between chemistry and petroleum engineering.
