摘要 在高校中国画教学中,教师主导地位的确立、教学手段的实施、培养目标的确立,能够培养出复合型专门人才。以书入画,提升学生的素养;要求教师做到"三进、三出、三能",并不断提高自身的专业能力,以教学促科研,以科研、创作带动教学,做到教学相长;基础课与创作课要做到"连续"教学,不断培养学生的创新意识。教师作为高校中国画教学中的主导者、参与者,在教学方法的实施中作到不断探索,以提高教学质量。 In university Chinese painting teaching, the establishment of teacher-centered role and the implementation of teaching methods could stimulate students under the traditional basis and clarify training objective through positive guide. It could alsopromote students' quality from books to paintings. Teachers are required to be able to achieve "triple intakes, triple giving and triple qualities," constantly to improve their professional qualities and make sure teaching could promote research, and research and innovation would encourage teaching, and teaching benefits teachers as well as students. Basic courses and innovative courses shouldachieve continuous teaching, and cultivate students' innovative abilities. In the process of university Chinese painting teaching under teacher-centered role, as an active participant of teaching activities, teachers should always do some research in the implementation of teaching approaches in order to stimulate development of teaching activities.
