To introduce the English newspaper reading in Eng-lish teaching, certain teaching strategies, lesson quickly before reading, intensive reading, after class lesson on reading teaching activities such as lectures, panel discussions, performances, could be effectively assisted to improve students＇ English integrated ap-plied abilities.
