摘要
本文研究了缠绕线型中切点数对复合材料薄壁管径向变形的影响。首先利用ANSYS软件进行了理论分析,然后制作复合材料薄壁管进行了试验对比。理论分析和试验研究表明:随着切点数的增加,复合材料薄壁管径向变形会迅速降低,从6切点数开始,径向变形随着切点数的增加变化趋于稳定。
In this paper,a effect of the thin-walled composite pipe about tangent amount and radial distortion is researched. First we analyze it with the ANSYS software,then produce the thin-walled composites for test. The theoretical analysis and test show that the radial distortion will be decreased when the tangent amount increase,and it will be steady behind the 6 tangent amount.
