荠菜的粉末显微和薄层色谱鉴定研究

Powder microscopic and TLC authentication of Capsella bursa-pastoris(L.) Medic

目的建立荠菜粉末的显微特征和薄层色谱鉴别方法,为荠菜的进一步研究开发提供鉴别依据。方法通过显微镜观察荠菜的粉末特征,采用薄层色谱法鉴别荠菜生药及其所含的多种成分。结果荠菜粉末中草酸钙簇晶较为典型,薄层色谱可鉴别出荠菜及其所含多种氨基酸、β-谷甾醇、异荭草苷等。结论研究结果可为完善荠菜质量标准提供依据。

Objective To provide identification basis of the capsella bursa-pastoris（L.）Medic.for further research and development. Methods Microscopic characteristics of powder and TLC method were adopted to identify capsella bursa-pastoris（L.）Medic.Results Crystal clusters could be observed in the powder.Rich amino acids,β-sitosterol and isoorientin can be identified by TLC methods. Conclusions The results provide basis for improving the quality standard of Capsella bursa pastoris （L.）Medic.
