摘要
从河南省新郑市某肉鸡场分离到2株细菌,进行了显微镜检、菌落形态观察、16S rRNA基因序列比较分析.结果显示,2株分离株与奇异变形杆菌(Proteus mirabilis)参考株的相似性为99.4%~99.6%,且在进化树中位于同一分支;彭氏变形杆菌(Proteus penneri)NBRC 105705株与奇异变形杆菌在相对较近的一级分支,相似性为98.8%~99.3%,大于其与普通变形杆菌(Proteus vulgaris)和豪氏变形杆菌(Proteus hauseri)的相似性98.5%和98.7%.结果表明分离到的2株细菌为奇异变形杆菌,彭氏变形杆菌NBRC 105705株与奇异变形杆菌的亲缘关系最近.
wo strains of bacteria were isolated from chickens in certain Broiler farm in Xinzheng city, Henan province, and identified by colonial morphological observation, microscopic observation and 16S rRNA gene sequences analy- sis. The results indicated that two strains of isolates and Proteus mirabilis reference strains {all into the same clade of cladogram,and the sequences homology between them are 99.4% -99.6% ;Proteus penneri (NBRC 105705 strain) and P. mirabilis lie in the relatively neighboring and same-rooted branch, with 98.8%- 99.3 % homology, which is greater than that between P. penneri and P. vulgaris(98.5 %), and that between P. penneri and P. hauseri (98.7 % ), respectively. The results demonstrated that, the two strains of isolates belong to P. mirabilis, and P. penneri (NBRC 105705 strain) has the closest genetic relationship with P. mirabilis.
