Discussion on Teaching Reform of "GIS Software Re-Development" Course

GIS软件二次开发作为地理信息科学专业的核心课程,其对地理信息科学专业学生的重要性不言自明。随着GIS产业的迅猛发展,课程教学需要有针对性的调整以适应社会对实践性地理信息人才渴求的状况。本文结合作者多年来在地理信息科学专业的教学经验,在分析该门课程特点和学生学习特点的基础上,结合兰州交通大学GIS专业本科人才培养计划,有针对性的从课程体系安排、课程教学等方面进行探索。

＂GIS Software Re - development＂ is a core curriculum and plays an important role to students of Geographic Information Science （GIS） major. With the rapid progress of GIS industry, teaching reform should be carried out to adapt the society＇ s hunger for practical graduates of GIS major. Based on the analyzing of the course characteristics and students learning characteristics, combined with teaching experience and the training experience of GIS major in Lanzhou Jiaotong University, this paper discussed teaching reform from the aspects of curriculum arrangement and course teaching method.
