Using Excel to Analyze and Manage the Quality of Survey Result:Taking the Procedure of Hydrographic Survey as an Example

很多测绘单位通过质量管理体系认证后,在质量管理和质量控制上做了大量工作。但是,在如何高效进行测绘成果质量的统计分析和管理、促进测绘成果质量控制和改进方面还需积极探索。本文介绍了利用Excel函数公式、语句编辑、引用链接功能自动绘制统计分析图表,简便快捷地实现测绘成果质量统计分析和管理的途径与方法。

After passing quality management system certification, plenty of survey institutes have done much work in quality management and control. But it is still very important to find out a high efficiency way to analysis, manage and improve the quality of survey results. So this paper introduces how to use excel function formula, code editor and link function to draw statistical graphs automatically, and it＇s a very easy and simply method to realize quality statistical analysis and management of survey results.
