熄风活血法治疗心脑同病急重症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Extinguishing Wind and Blood-activation Therapy for Severe Cardio-Cerebral Disease

目的:观察熄风活血法治疗心脑同病急重症的临床疗效。方法:将心脑同病急重症患者60例分为2组,对照组30例采用西医常规治疗,治疗组30例采用熄风活血的纯中医治疗方法治疗,两组分别比较各自对症状、体征、心电图的的疗效、安全性与不良反应情况。结果:熄风活血法治疗的临床疗效、安全性和不良反应发生率均优于西医对照组。结论:中医熄风活血法或可为心脑血管急重症提供一种适度的、安全有效的急诊治疗模式,同时可弥补西医或专科诊治的局限与不足。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of extinguishing wind and blood- activation therapy in the treatment of severe cardio-cerebral disease. Methods ： 60 patients with acute severe cerebrovascular disease were divided into two groups. Control group＇s 30 cases were treated by routine western medicine and treatment group＇s 30 cases treated with extinguishing wind and blood-activation therapy. Two groups were compared respectively on symptoms, signs, ECG curative effect, safety and adverse reactions. Resuhs ： The extinguishing wind and blood-activation therapy＇s clinical efficacy, safety and incidence of adverse reactions were superior to those of western medicine in control group. Conclusion ： The extinguishing wind and blood-activation therapy can provide an appropriate expectations of heart-head blood vessels and it is a safe and effective emergency treatment mode. At the same time, it can make up for the limitations and deficiencies of diagnosis and treatment of western medicine or specialized subject.
