摘要
目的:探讨五参汤对阿霉素药物心脏毒性的保护作用及机理研究。方法:腹腔注射阿霉素复制大鼠心肌毒性模型,治疗后观察各组大鼠心电图的改变,心肌血流动力学指标的变化,心肌酶学指标及血清SOD、GSH-PX水平。结果:与阿霉素组比较,五参汤组大鼠±dp/dtmax可显著提高,LVEDP显著降低,能明显降低血清AST、LDH、CK、CK-MB值,能明显抬高降低的QRS波电压,血清中SOD活性显著升高,GSH-PX含量显著升高。结论:五参汤能显著改善ADR引起的血流动力学异常,改善模型动物的心肌缺血,并能减轻氧化应激反应,对ADR引起的心脏毒性有明显保护作用。
Objective : To discuss the protection effect and mechanism of Wushen Decoction on the eardiotoxicity induced by adriamycin in rats. Methods: Rats were given intraperitoneal injection of adriamycin to induce the cardiotoxicity model. After treatment, we observed the change of the ECG, the change of the myocardial hemodynamics index and myocardial enzymology indexes, serum SOD and GSH- PX levels. Results : Comapared with adriamyein group, ±dp/dtmax was significantly increased and LVEDP was significantly decreased. AST, LDH, CK and CK-MB in serum were significantly decreased and the lower voltage of QRS wave was obviously raised. The activity of SOD and the contents of GSH-PX in myocardial tissue were significantly increased in Wushen Decoction group. Conclusion: Wushen Decoction can significantly improve abnormal hemodynamics caused by ADR, improve the myocardial ischemia of animal model and can reduce oxidative stress reaction. Wushen Decoction has a protective effect on adriamycin-induced cardiotoxicity in rats.
