摘要
目的:建立UPLC法同时测定复方守宫散中大黄素、大黄素甲醚含量的方法。方法:用Acquity BEH C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(80∶20)为流动相,流速:0.25 mL/min,柱温:26℃,检测波长:254 nm。结果:大黄素、大黄素甲醚的进样量分别在0.0398~0.6625μg(r=0.9996)、0.0480~0.8000μg(r=0.9994)范围内与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为97.07%、98.24%,RSD分别为2.26%、3.27%。结论:该方法快速、可靠、准确,可作为复方守宫散的质量控制方法。
Objective : To establish a UPLC method for the determination of Emodin and Physcion in Compound Shougong Powder. Methods: The determination was performed on Acquity BEH Cla ( 2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm ) with mobile phase consisted of Methabol-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution ( 80: 20 ) at a flow rate of 0.25 mL/min. Column temperature was 26℃ . The UV detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. Result : The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.0398-0.6625 Ix g ( r=0.9996 ) for Emodin,0.0480-0.8000μg ( r=0.9994 )for Physcion. The average recovery was 97.07%, 98.24% and RSD was 2.26%, 3.27% respectively. Conclusion : The determination method is fast, reliable, accurate, and it can be used for quality control of Compound Shougong Powder.
