摘要
目的:利用HPLC法对抗感解热颗粒中葛根素的含量进行测定。方法:采用HPLC法,Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(24∶76),检测波长为250 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果:葛根素在0.1841~1.841μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),RSD为1.65%(n=6)。葛根素平均回收率为99.32%。结论:本方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于抗感解热颗粒的质量控制。
Abstract: Objective: An HPLC-UV method was established to determine puerarin in Kanggan Jiere Granule. Methods : Chromatographic separation was achieved on a Diamonsil Cla column (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water ( 24 : 76, v/v ) at a flow-rate of 1.0 mL ·min-1. The ultraviolet detector operated at 250 nm. Results: Linear calibration curves were obtained over the concentration range of 0.1841-1.841 μg · mL for puerarin ( r= 0.9998 ), RSD=1.65% ( n=6 ). The average recovery rate was 99.32% with RSD of 1.65%. Conclusion : The method is simple, reliabe, accurate and it could be used in the determination of puerarin in Kanggan Jiere Granule.
