摘要
中医营养学以中医饮食理论及其应用为主要内容,根据个体体质特点,灵活、科学地安排食谱,其在老年人保健、养生以及疾病恢复中都扮演着重要的角色。该文拟从中医营养学对于老年人应用的渊源、发展、原则以及具体内容作出相应阐述。
Traditional Chinese nutrition is the subject formulating diet according to the individual constitution flexiblely and scientifically and is mainly about the theory and application of traditional Chinese diet, which plays an important role in keeping health, preserving longevity and rehabilitation from illness. The article is the explaination of traditional Chinese nutrition of the origin, development, principle and specific contents on the oht.
