摘要
目的:研究电针疗法对神经根型颈椎病模型大鼠神经根保护作用机理。方法:将54只健康SPF级SD大鼠造模后,随机挑选40只随机分为模型组、普通针刺组、疏波组、密波组、疏密波组,治疗10d后,观察对大鼠疼痛行为学、电生理学及受损神经根病理形态的影响。结果:经普通针刺及不同波形电针夹脊穴干预后自发痛分值、步态评分显著降低,E-C6Lat(ms)值、MCV(m/s)值、C6Amp(mV)值显著提高,与模型组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);炎症充血水肿及炎细胞浸润情况明显改善,炎症细胞明显减少,空泡样变及胶质细胞增生情况明显减少。结论:电针夹脊穴尤其选用密波波形有明显镇痛和保护作用,其作用机理可能与其调节神经根局部炎症,促进神经元损伤、修复和再生有关。
Objective: To study the effects and mechanism of electro-acupuncture at Jiaji points on radicular neuralgia in rats with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Met^zods : The models of rals with cervical root pain were established by modified buried suture in vertebral canal. The rats were randomly divided into 5 groups ( 8 rats in each group ): the three groups administered with electro-acupuncture at Jiaji points at dense wave, condensational wave and dilatational wave, model group, and ordinary acupuncture group. Before and 10 days after treatment, neuropathic pain behaviors were evaluated, and the left median nerve somatosensory evoked potentials were measured; and after the treatment, the cervical nerve roots were taken out for pathological section and morphological analysis. Results : The groups administerd with electro-acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture showed significant effects on pain scores and recovery of SEP data ( Gait score, E-C6 Lat, MCV, C6 Amp ). There were significant differences compared with model group ( P〈0.05 ). Inflammatory hyperemia and edema and inflammatory cell infihration of inflammatory cells were obviously improved, vacuolar degeneration and gliosis were significantly reduced. Conclusion : Electro-acupuncture at Jiaji points especially with dense wave has obvious analgesicand protective effect and the mechanism may be related to regulating nerve root inflammation, premoting neuronal repaired and regeneration.
