《内经》耳鸣耳聋与五脏相关理论探讨

Theoretical Discussion for Tinnitus and Deafness Related to Five Zang-Organs in Neijing

该文系统梳理《内经》当中对耳、耳鸣耳聋的相关记载,并依据脏窍相关的复杂关系,探讨耳鸣耳聋与五脏的密切关系,指出基于五行互藏思想,五脏和面部官窍都有着互相深入交叉的联系,所以针对窍病,不能单一的针对所主某一脏进行治疗,而应立足于五脏整体观,充分考虑到窍与五脏的复杂关系才能取得良好的疗效,并借此为中医耳鼻喉科论治窍病提供新思路、新参考。

Based on the systemic survey to the related accounts about ear and tinnitus and deafness in Neijing, this paper provides an analysis and estimate for tinnitus and deafness related to the Five Zang- Organs systematically by the theory of the orifices on the body constituted the Five Zang-Organ, further, we pointed out the orifices on the body and the Five Zang-Organs have further cross linked each other based on five-elements storing each other theroy, so when we treat tinnitus and deafness, it must needs careful consideration on confirm examines. Finally this paper attempted to provide a reference for Chinese otolaryngology.
