Clinical Prevention and Treatment of Prodromal Stage Perlanal Abscess

目的:探讨肛周脓肿前驱期的临床防治办法。方法:随机将80例肛周脓肿前驱期患者分为两组,治疗组给予仙方活命饮加减口服同时给予抗生素配合治疗。对照1组给予抗生素治疗及肛泰栓纳肛,对照2组给予仙方活命饮加减治疗,及肛泰栓纳肛。对治疗的总有效率进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组总有效率达75%;对照1组总有效率25%,对照2组总有效率35%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义,对照1组和2组间无明显差异。结论:仙方活命饮佐以抗生素对治疗肛周脓肿前驱期有良好的防治作用,可促进部分肿块消退,明显降低病人手术的几率。

Objective ： To investigate the clinical prevention and treatment of prodromal stage perlanal abscess. Method ： A total of 80 cases of patients with prodromal stage perlanal abscess were divided into two groups. The treatment group was given Xianfang Huoming Decoction orally and antibiotic treatment. The control 1 group was given antibiotic therapy and Gangtai suppositories and control group 2 given XianFang Huoming Decoction and Gangtai suppositories. The total effective rate of treatment was statistically analyzed. Results ： The effective rate of treatment group was 75%. The control 1 group＇s total effectiveness was 25% and control 2 group＇s 35%. The difference therapeutic effects in the two groups were statistically significant and the control group 1 and 2 had no significant difference between the 2 groups. Couclusion：Xianfang Huoming Decoction combined with antibiotics in the treatment of prodromal stage perlanal abscess had a good control effect and it can promote the part of the mass extinction and reduce a significant risk to patients operation.
