舒血宁联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛Meta分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价舒血宁联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的效果。方法:计算机检索中国学术期刊网络出版总库、万方医学数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库中关于舒血宁联合低分子肝素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的随机对照试验,对符合标准的随机对照试验进行Meta分析,结果共命中7篇符合条件文献Meta分析。结果:治疗2周后试验组疗效优于对照组,总效应Z=6.49(P<0.00001),OR及其95%可信区间4.98,95%CI(3.07,8.10),其中3项研究对心电图进行评价,治疗2周后心电图改善情况试验组亦显著优于对照组,总效应Z=3.89(P<0.0001),OR及其95%可信区间2.53,95%CI(1.59,4.04)。结论:不稳定型定型心绞痛患者在常规治疗基础上联合应用舒血宁和低分子肝素可明显改善心绞痛症状,有效控制心绞痛发作。 Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of Shuxuening combined with low molecular weight heparin in treating unstable angina ( UA ). Methods : We conducted Meta-analysis by the randomized controlled trails ( RCT )for patients with Shuxuening combined with low molecular weight heparin in treating UA from CNKI database, Wan Fang medicine database, VIP full-text data base and Medline. Resu]ts: There were 11 trials. After two weeks treatment, the Meta-analysis indicated that the curative effect of combination therapy was better than that of regular group in treating angina pectoris. The total effect was Z=6.49 ( P〈0.000 01 ), and the total effect of therapy group was better than that of control group C OR=4.98, 95%CI (3.07,8.10). Three items showed that the curative efficiency and significant efficiency in the improvement of electrocardiogram were dramatically better than that of control group, and the total effect was Z=3.89 ( P〈0.000 1 ), and the total effect of therapy group was better than that of control group [ OR=2.53, 95%CI ( 1.59,4.04 ). Conclusion:This Meta-analysis showed that the treatment of Shuxuening combined with low molecular weight heparin in treating UA can obviously improve symptoms and effectively control angina peetoris attacks.
