Study of Accurate Localization by CT Scanning of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

腰椎间盘疾病临床非常常见,多发在第三腰椎与第一骶椎之间的间盘,大多数病人通过腰椎间盘CT扫描即可明确诊断。但是由于存在解剖变异与其他原因,腰椎的5个椎体不能明显呈现出来。该文主要探讨腰椎不同扫描方法下的腰椎间盘准确定位问题,以及不同扫描方法的临床意义。

The lumbar intervertebral disc disease is very common in clinic, often occurring between the third lumbar and the first sacral vertebra disc, which can be diagnosed by CT scanning of lumbar intervertebral disc. But because of anatomical variations and other reasons,5 vertebral bodies of lumbar can not be clearly displayed. This paper mainly discusses the localization of lumbar intervertebral disc by different scanning methods and its clinical significance.
