作为"丝绸之路经济带"的东方桥头堡,连云港发展海洋经济已上升为我国的国家战略。藉此有利时机及在江苏沿海港口城市中的区位优势,连云港积极发展来华外国留学生教育,可有效提高城市的国际知名度和文化软实力。

As the oriental bridgehead of ＂Silk Road Economic Belt＂, Lianyungang has become a strategic city for marine economy. Lianyungang must take advantage of its geographic position and develop foreign students＇ education and hence it can enhance its cultural soft power and its international fame as a coastal city.
