通心络胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛的疗效分析

Analysis of the efficacy of Tongxinluo capsule combined with nimodipine on migraine

目的探讨通心络胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的172例偏头痛患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组各86例,对照组服用尼莫地平治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用通心络胶囊,比较2组患者的临床效果和治疗前后发病频次。结果治疗组总有效率为90.70%,显著高于对照组80.23%,P<0.05;治疗前2组患者的发病频次无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后2周,治疗组的发病频次低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1个月和6个月,治疗组发病频次均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。结论通心络胶囊联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛,显著降低头痛发病频次,临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with nimodipine on migraine. Methods one hundred and seuenty-two patients with migraine in our hospital were chosen ,and divided into treatment group and control group ,86 cases in each group.Patients of the control group took nimodipine ,patients of treatment group were added with Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of the control group ,the clinical efficacy and frequency of the headache of two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results Total efficiency of treatment group was 90.70% ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.23% ,P〈0.05;Before treatment ,the frequency of incidence had no significant difference ,P〉0.05.After treatment for two weeks ,the frequency was lower than that of the control group ,but with no significant difference ,P＆gt;0.05.After treatment for one month and six months ,the frequency of the headache was significantly lower than that of the control group ,P〈0.05.Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule combined with nimodipine for migraine can significantly reduce the frequency of headache ,with significant clinical effect.
