瑞舒伐他汀钙片对急性脑梗死合并糖尿病的疗效观察

Observation of the efficacy of rosuvastatin calcium on patients with acute cerebral infarction and diabetes

目的观察瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗急性脑梗死合并糖尿病的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的200例急性脑梗死合并糖尿病患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组和对照组各100例,对照组仅常规抗血小板聚集治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予瑞舒伐他汀钙片,比较2组的临床疗效及治疗前后NIHSS评分和ADL评分。结果疗程结束后,治疗组总有效率92.00%,显著高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05);治疗前2组NIHSS评分和ADL评分比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组,ADL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀治疗急性脑梗死合并糖尿病,显著降低患者的NIHSS评分,提高ADL评分,临床效果显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rosuvastatin calcium on patients with acute cerebral infarction and diabetes.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients admitted to our hospital with acute cerebral infarction were taken for retrospective analysis. According to different treatment methods ,they were divided into the treatment group and the control group ,and 100 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional antiplatelet therapy ,and the treatment group was given rosuvastatin on the basis of the conventional anti-platelet aggregation therapy. The clinical efficacy and NIHSS score and ADL score of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment ,the total efficiency in the treatment group was up to 92.00% ,significantly higher than the total efficiency of the control group （85.00% ） ,P〈0.05.Before treatment ,the NIHSS scores and ADL scores of the two groups were not significantly different ,P〉0.05. After treatment ,the NIHSS score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group ,ADL score was significantly higher ,P〈0.05. Conclusion Rosuvastatin in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction and diabetes ,can significantly reduce NIHSS score of patients and improve the patient＇s ADL score ,the clinical effectiveness is significant.
