细致化护理在颅脑损伤手术患儿中的应用价值

Study on the application value of meticulous nursing in children with operation of craniocerebral injury

目的分析细致化护理在颅脑损伤手术患儿中的应用价值。方法选取2010-06—2013-05本院进行手术治疗的68例颅脑损伤患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组(常规护理组)34例和观察组(细致化护理组)34例,然后将2组患儿的围术期并发症发生率及患儿家长对护理各个方面的满意度进行比较。结果观察组患儿的围术期并发症发生率明显低于对照组,患儿家长对护理态度及护理效果的满意度则明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论细致化护理在颅脑损伤手术患儿中的应用价值较高,可有效控制围术期的并发症发生率。

Objective To analyze and study the application value of meticulous nursing in children with operation of craniocerebral injury. Methods Sixty eight children with cranioeerebral injury who were treated with operation in our hospital from June 2010 to May 2013 were selected as research objects, and divided into control group（routine nursing group）with 34 cases and observation group（meticulous nursing group）with 34 cases by random allocation, then the complication rates during the op eration and satisfaction degree of parents for the nursing aspects of two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of complication during the operation was obviously lower than that of control group, satisfaction degree of parents for the nursing attitude and nursing effect were obviously higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）, there were significant differences. Conclusion The application value of meticulous nursing in children with operation of eraniocerebral injury is higher,and it can effectively control the incidence rate of complications during the operation,it is also welcomed by the parents.
