医学生生死观现状调查研究——以湖北医药学院为例

Investigation on Medical Students' View of Life and Death:a Case Study in Hubei Medical College

目的了解医学生生命观与死亡观现状。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,自行设计调查问卷,对湖北医药学院大一与大二年级学生进行问卷调查。结果被调查医学生中,大部分对生活充满了生命意义感,但有接近20%学生有存在性空虚感;80%以上的学生都能认识到死亡的必然性,但将近20%的学生存在死亡焦虑或死亡恐惧。大二医学生的生命意义感明显低于大一学生。结论应转变医学教育模式、在医学院校开设生死教育课程、创建生命体验平台,加强医学生的生命文化与生死观教育。

Objectives To investigate medical Students＇view of life and death.Methods Freshmen and sophomore were selected through cluster random sampling and a survey were conducted among them through self- designed questionnaire.Results Most of the medical students thought life should be meaningful,while nearly 20% students felt emptiness.More than 80% students recognized the inevitability of death,but still 20% students admitted anxiety or fear to death.Sophomore thought less of the meaning of life.Conclusions Current medical education mode should be changed.Curriculum about life and death should be added in medical school and platform for life experience should be set up.Education of life and death should be enhanced among medical students.
