Surgery is the key part of therapy for most patients with surgical diseases.Surgical management is crucial for the success of surgery and post-operation recovery.This paper provided corresponding measures according to different parts of surgery management.It also discussed skills for surgeons to communicate with different types of patients to decrease and prevent patient-doctor dispute.
