混铁车外表面温度与内衬厚度关系的模拟研究 被引量:4

摘要 以320 t混铁车为研究对象,根据现场实测混铁车内衬厚度,采用Fluent等软件模拟计算出混铁车外表面温度,并分析混铁车内衬厚度变化对其外表面温度的影响。结果表明,混铁车外表面温度与内衬残余厚度之间存在一一对应的关系,随着混铁车使用次数的增加,内衬厚度愈来愈薄,外表面温度随之升高。此外,根据建立的混铁车外表面温度与内衬厚度之间的关系,利用红外热像技术,可实现对内衬磨损程度的实时监控。 Taking the 320 t torpedo car as the subject in present work, the temperature fields of external shell were calculated by using the Fluent software based on the measured lining thickness. The effect of lining thickness on the temperature of external shell was also analyzed. The results show that there is a corresponding relationship between temperatures of external shell and lining thickness. Temperature of external shell rises with the decreasing of lining thickness and increasing of service times. According to the relationship between external shell temperatures and lining thickness, the lining damage degree can be real-time monitored with the infrared imaging technique.
