摘要
按市场经济理论分析 ,商品的价格高低与商品供求状况、垄断程度有密切关系 ,但在医院经营药品中 ,却存在当药品生产供大于求时 ,药价反而上升等反常现象 ,其根本原因是利益的驱动。文章提出加强政府行为 ,一是政府要通过努力 ,建立起患者主权 ;二是政府要制定政策 ,促使医院因病施治 ,合理用药。
According as market economical theory, commodity price has close relationship with not only its provision and demand but also monopolization degree. However, medicine price rose with provision being excessive in hospital medicine market. It was for profit. To treatment and medicine rationally, the authors suggested that the government should assurance the patient's right and constitute policies.
