摘要
以吉林大学工程训练中心的建设过程为参考,探讨产学研综合的应用型工程训练中心的建设和工程训练新模式的建立,提出通过以教学为主体、以生产为依托、以创新科研为动力,建设开放式的训练平台,改善传统的工程训练教学模式,实现分层次、有区别的培训模式,鼓励优秀学生的创新,提高大学生的工程素质和创新能力,实现师资的合理配置,发挥所长,全面提高工程训练中心人才培养水平,从而为国家培养综合素质高和动手能力强的工程技术人才。
Referring to the constructing process of the engineeringtraining center in Jilin University, novel engineering trainingmethod and application-oriented engineering training center basedon combination of industry, education and research are established.A kind of opening training platform for teaching, which is driven byinnovative research and depended on production, is proposed. In thisnovel platform and method, the quality of traditional engineer.ingtraining can be improved, hierarchical teaching ways for differentstudents can be achieved, and the innovation of outstanding studentscan be stimulated, and project quality and innovative ability ofcollege students can be improved, moreover distribution of teacherresource can be optimized. So the level of training at engineeringtraining center will be improved for more excellent comprehensivequality and great ability engineers and technicians.
