基于即时通信工具的工作场所学习环境构建研究

摘要 工作场所学习能够促进企业员工间的沟通和交流,改善工作绩效。在分析IM服务模型、工作场所学习基础上,对基于IM的工作场所学习进行可行性分析,并尝试对基于IM的工作场所学习系统进行构建。 Learning on workplace learning could bring employeescommunication and cooperation, leading to efficiency of work. Thethesis analyzes service model of IM and workplace learning, whichlargely conduct a survey of studies on working premises of IM.Meanwhile, it tries to construct the studies system of IM workplacelearning.
