Economic situation is changeable, and therewith great ups and downs happen to the overall development of computerized flat knitting machine industry that was inflicted with the ups in domestic labor costs, and the downs in labor force, and this uncertainty started to appear since 2008. In domestic sweater knitting industry, computerized flat knitting machines have already begun to replace hand-knitting ones with the market demand for the former on a rapid boom. However, affected by European debt crisis, market demand for knitting industry has declined since 2012, resulting in a decrease of investment in computerized knitting machinery.
