摘要
目的 :建立测定赤土茯苓中赤土茯苓苷含量的方法。方法 :荧光分光光度法。用无水乙醇作溶媒 ,以Ex =388nm ,Em =5 0 3nm测定荧光强度。结果 :浓度在 0 .4~ 8.0 μg/ml范围内 ,浓度与荧光强度呈良好线性关系 ,回归方程为F =0 .316 1+ 6 .86 15C ,r =0 .9995。平均加样回收率为 99.14% ,RSD为 0 .98%。测得赤土茯苓中赤土茯苓苷的含量为 0 .5 3 %。结论 :本法快速、简便、灵敏 。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of smiglabrin in smilax glabra.Methods:Spectrofluorimetric method was adopted using absolute alcohol as solvent and determined at Ex=388nm and Em=503nm.Results:The method has a linear range of 0.4~8.0 μg/ml, F= 0.3161+ 6.8615C,r=0.9995.The average recovery was 99.14% with a RSD=0.98%.The smiglabrin content in smilax glabra obtained was 0.53%.Conclusions:A simple,rapid,and sensitive method for determination simglabrin in medical material and preparations of smilax glabra was established.
